We are happy to accept your return or exchange request. Products that are kept the original packaging undamaged and will not affect reselling of the product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.


Simply go to our Return Portal and proceed the process easily. Please make sure that you enter the correct order number.

After your returned items arrive at our warehouse, the refund process will be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days. The reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
