We’re happy to accept your return or exchange request. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as they’re in their original, undamaged packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Simply visit our Return Portal to start the process. Please ensure you enter the correct order number.
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll begin processing your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for this. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
