PAYMENT
You can pay for your order easily via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, Shopify Pay, Shop Pay.
The commercial invoice will be sent automatically within 24 hours after your order is placed. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@stilform.com.
We’re sorry, but payment by invoice isn’t available for your order. However, if you’d like to receive the product first, you can use Klarna Pay Later in supported countries.
WARRANTY
For products purchased through our web shop, we offer a 3-year warranty. Depending on the specific case, we’ll provide free repair service or replacement parts.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
(a) damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, fire, or other external factors;
(b) consumable parts such as refills, converters, and nibs, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
