We ship the parcels as a postal package without duties paid. It depends on the respective customs laws of the country, whether a postal package is checked and how much is the tax free amount, it can vary from €100 - €1000.

For orders with a destination country of Brazil, please provide your CPF number (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) at the checkout page, in order to ensure a problem-free customs clearance. See example.

The Korean Customs Service requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code when making customs declarations in respect of shipments of personal goods to and from Korea.

For products purchased from our web shop, we will provide a free repair service or replacement parts depending on the evaluation of specific cases for products under a 3-year warranty.

The warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by wear and tear of daily use, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes; (b) to consumable parts, such as refills, converters, nibs, unless damage has occurred due to an initial defect in materials or workmanship.
