You can pay for your order easily via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, Shopify Pay, Shop Pay.

The commercial invoice will be sent automatically within 24h after the order has been placed.

We’re sorry that payment by invoice isn’t possible for your order. However, you can pay with Klarna Pay Later in supported countries if you wish to receive the product first.

We ship the parcels as a postal package without duties paid. It depends on the respective customs laws of the country, whether a postal package is checked and how much is the tax free amount, it can vary from €100 - €1000.

For products purchased from our web shop, we will provide a free repair service or replacement parts depending on the evaluation of specific cases for products under a 3-year warranty.

The warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by wear and tear of daily use, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes; (b) to consumable parts, such as refills, converters, nibs, unless damage has occurred due to an initial defect in materials or workmanship.

Depending on the specific campaign, we provided different warranty times. We recommend to go back to the previous campaign page where the pen was purchased. If any further assistance is needed, please reach out to us at support@stilform.com.
