Hello,
I ordered a Titanium AEON Pencil on November 29, 2024, as a Christmas gift. After several inquiries, I finally received a response saying that my pencil was delayed. Initially, the delay was supposed to be just one month, but it kept getting extended. Now it’s April 17, 2025, and my order has been canceled. I was not offered any discounts or compensation, and I was never kept properly updated about my order.
This has been a very unreliable service, and in the end, you don’t even receive the product.

This titanium pencil is amazing. I’m kind of addicted to all things titanium so when I stumbled onto this pencil I snatched it up. Also purchased the eternal tip and extra graphite tips. Writes very smooth as expected with either tip. Only downside if I’m being picky is no built on eraser. But it’s not a deal breaker. Still worth the 5 stars.

Hatte mir nach langer Überlegung den wirklich sehr stylisch und eleganten stilform AEON bestellt und mich auch sehr darauf gefreut.
Leider wurde ich dann jedoch sehr enttäuscht, da er nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach, kann passieren was jedoch nicht an der Qualität lag sondern daran das man den Stift weder mit einem Bleistift noch mit einem Minenbleistift vergleichen kann. Leider erkannt man das geschriebene kaum.
Also schrieb ich den Kunden Support per Mail an und ich erhielt erst nach Tagen endlich eine Antwort.
Nach kurzem überlegen entschied ich mich den stilform AEON zurück zu geben und leitete eine Retour ein. Leider klappt es nicht das ich ein Rücksendungs Label erhalten hab, worauf ich mich doch bitte an den Kunden Support wenden solle. Auch dies tat ich erneut, erhielt Tage lange keine Antwort auf meine Mail. Ich schrieb nochmals eine Mail mit der bitte mir doch ein Retour Label zukommen zu lassen. Am Abend bevor die 14-Tägige Rückgabe endete bekam ich es dann. Ich schickte den Stift zurück, nun ist er laut Sendungsnummer bereits seit 1Woche angekommen und ich habe bis heute noch keine Mail diesbezüglich erhalten (wie es bei anderen Versendern üblich ist) noch habe ich eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes über erhalten.
Ich bin gespannt wann ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.

Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass der AEON Pencil nicht Deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat und dass der Rückgabeprozess nicht so reibungslos verlief, wie er sollte. Wir verstehen, wie frustrierend es ist, wenn man auf Antworten warten muss und sich nicht ausreichend informiert fühlt.
Bitte entschuldige die Verzögerungen und die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Deine Retoure wurde inzwischen bearbeitet und der Betrag wurde am 31.03.2025 erstattet. Falls noch Fragen offen sind oder Du Unterstützung brauchst, melde Dich gerne – wir helfen Dir weiter!

Leider nicht so wie auf der Homepage dargestellt. Der Stift ist nicht schwarz sondern hat auch die Holzeinlage - nur wurde diese schlecht lackiert oder gefärbt. Es sieht nicht so wertig aus. Zudem hat der Stift für 190€ dann auch noch Fingerabdrücke drauf wenn man ihn verwendet. Nicht gut, ging zurück, verrückt nur das ich als Kunde die Retoure für die unzureichende Qualität zahlen muss.
ACHTUNG: Kunde zahlt Retoure auch bei Fehler am Produkt!

Ich hoffe ich bekomme in absehbarer Zeit auch noch weichere Bleistiftspitzen. HB ist definitiv zu hell und nicht gut sichtbar.
