I purchased an INK with a Titanium Nib in Broad size at the Empire State Pen Show since I really enjoyed how it was writing. However, it constantly has an issue of choking and not being able to write until I disassemble it and twist the converter until ink starts flowing again. I've tried multiple inks, cleaned out every part of the pen, and even tried different converters but nothing fixes the problem. I attempted to contact support but they stopped responding to me. It's a shame because when it does write it writes so beautifully, but the pen is unusable for me if I need to disassemble it 3-4 times per day just to get the ink flowing again.
