Unfortunately, the tip isn't quite firmly seated in the pen. Unlike the graphite tip, it wobbles slightly, which significantly impairs the writing experience at an angle. This is very regrettable, and also a problem that could probably be fixed very easily.

I really like the eternal tip—it writes smoothly. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it today, and the tip split broke right away, which was disappointing for such a nice product.

I never had any issues with the graphite tip, but I started using the eternal tip and it snapped off. The original kickstarter designe had as one solid piece and then switched over to this turns out it was a bad idea because the connection point is small and it makes a tip weak and prone to breaking. Also, I’d like to mention I was never sent my sharpener that I paid for as an add-on with the original Kickstarter for these pencils is it ever going to be produced or sent out if not, please refund my money or give me a credit so I can buy another eternal tip.

In such cases, you are welcome to contact our support directly as we can help quickly.We will be happy to send you a replacement for the tip as soon as it is available again in our warehouse.
Unfortunately, production of the Spitzer was postponed for quality reasons. Unfortunately, we currently have no information as to when production will resume. We will of course refund you the amount paid for this. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make the transfer.
