Nachdem ich mit dem Füller erst nicht zufrieden war, wurde mir sofort Hilfe angeboten. Durch den freundlichen Kundenservice von Marina wurde mir darauf eine neue Feder gesendet und nun schreibt der Füllfederhalter absolut tadellos!
Qualität nicht nur im Produkt, sondern auch im Service. Das bindet Kunden und macht Glücklich! :)

This is a lovely looking pen. Ordered with a broad black nib that makes it look very stylish. The black nib contrasts beautifully with the light blue body. When the pen writes, it writes very smoothly with nice wet lines and I love it. When it is writing well I would say this is worth 5 stars. It has taken some adjustment to get it to this stage as you have to assemble the parts yourself. There were several videos around that helped with this but it was a bit scary as I was worried that I would damage the nib during the installation. Initially there was a problem with ink supply and I had to keep pushing down the converter to maintain ink flow. This seems to be more or less sorted out now. The cap does not post but the pen is a very comfortable length for writing as is. The magnetic cap is very satisfying when it attracts into place.
It might be worth mentioning that I ordered this standard delivery and I was able to track the package which was a bonus as it was an international order. Very smooth transit with FedEx until it got to the ‘trusted third-party vendor’. It said it would be delivered on the expected day/time (I waited in all evening) and the same message continued to show even the next day which was irritating. It arrived a day late.
A big shout out though to customer support who spotted an error in my post code in the initial order and contacted me straight away so that it could be sorted out quickly.
In summary I am very pleased with the pen and the company…

Via Kickstarter I ordered a Titanic INK fountain pen. I used it frequently for writing in my Grand Voyageur of Paper Republic. It gave me so much pleasure.
A year ago I had a stroke, I was paralyzed on my right-hand side. I could not do anything with my leg and arm. During my rehabilitation I was asked to formulate my, possibly unrealistic, goals. So, I told them that I wanted to write with my fountain pen again. After rehabilitation I walk again AND I write again with my INK fountain pen! You can imagine how pleased I am.
